To the editor:
What can we say about Halloween other than, “Wow!” Thompson Street was amazing. Everyone did a wonderful job decorating their homes and the buzz on the street was absolutely incredible. The overwhelming feeling of happiness throughout the street was absolutely intoxicating and we hope everyone had a good time.
A special thank you needs to go to Pat and Frank for devising the 2008 Halloween plan. Every year is a bit more special than the last and we are truly blessed to have you as neighbors. What would Thompson Street be without our own Pumpkin patch? Kudos to Wade and Michelle! It was an amazing attraction like always. Thank you very much to Commissioner Lynch and Chief Simmons for your outstanding support. The officers did a great job controlling traffic and keeping the street safe for all visitors. We couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you to Mayor and Mrs. Collom for your special visit. We hope you enjoyed the sights!
Thank you to the Thompson Street Family for all the love that we share throughout the year. We have said it once, and we will say it again. We have never been so proud to call Thompson Street home, and to be a part of the Thompson Street Family.
Lastly, thank you to all of the visitors who came from far and near. We hope you had a great time and we look forward to seeing you during the holidays.
