Helen E. Davis

Helen E. Davis (nee DiRienzo), 86, of Clementon died Nov. 5 at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees. Born and raised in Burlington, she lived in Hamilton Township for 44 years before moving to Clementon three yaers ago.   
Mrs. Davis retired 23 years ago as a meat wrapped at the Pathmark Grocery Store in Trenton after 25 years of service. Prior to that she worked at the Standard Spring Co. in Roebling and before that at the Bayer Aspirin Co. in Trenton. She formerly was a parishioner of St. Raphael’s church in Trenton, loved nature, watching TV, doing crossword puzzles and was very fond of her sister’s dog, Zoey.   
Daughter of the late Vincenzo and Mariantonia Mendozzi DiRienzo and wife of the late Anthony John Davis and sister of the late Josephe DiRienzo, Josephine DiRienzo, Mary Stilson and Antoinette DiRienzo, she is survived by her brother, Jack, and wife Donnie of Burlington, and sisters, Angie DeCecco of Clementon and Jane Campbell of Florence and many nieces and nephews and their families.   
The funeral will be held privately on Satuday at the Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front St., Florence. Officiating will be the Rev. Felix F. Venza. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be sent to any organization honoring St. Jude.
