William M. Saker Psy.D.

Dr. Bill Saker, 52, of Colorado and formerly of Freehold, died Oct. 28, 2008, in Boulder, Colo., after a long illness. He was a graduate of St. John Vianney High School, Holmdel, and Boston College, earning his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver. Dr. Saker was a clinical psychologist on the staff of the Boulder Community Hospital, in addition to his private practice in Boulder and Denver. He was predeceased by his parents, William J. and Carolyn Martin Saker. Surviving are his wife, Jean; a sister, Ellin Saker of Howell; and his stepmother, Mary Saker of Freehold. A memorial Mass was celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Freehold, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, under the direction of the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold.
