Elva Irene Hortman Weizer, 88, died Monday at Stonebridge at Montgomery.
Born in Harbourton, Mrs. Weizer had resided in Ewing and Pennington before settling in Skillman eight years ago.
A homemaker, she spent time playing bridge and gathering with friends at the Hopewell Valley Golf Club. She was known for her needlework.
Preceded in death by her parents Eva and John Hortman and her husband of 49 years, Harry F. Weizer, she is survived by daughters Carole A. Wynstra, Jane A. Watts, and Patricia Weizer Long; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; friends and family, and dear friend Robert Mooney.
Calling hours will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of St. Charles Borremeo Catholic Church.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. with interment following in Harbourton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Charles Borremeo Catholic Church , 376 Burnt Hill Road, Skillman, 08558.
Arrangements are by Cromwell-Immordino Memorial Home, 71 E. Prospect St., Hopewell.
