Mr. Allen, 73, of East Brunswick, died Nov. 4, 2008, at home. Prior to his retirement in 2001, he was employed as a truck driver with Raritan Office Supplies, Edison, where he worked for 15 years. He was predeceased by a son-in-law, Kevin, in 2008. Surviving are his wife, Mary Chamberlin Allen; five sons, Michael Allen, and his wife, Donna, of Spotswood, Robert Allen of Tinton Falls, Russell Allen of East Brunswick, Paul Allen of North Carolina and Stephen Allen, and his wife, Cynthia, of Tewksbury; a daughter, Deborah Hodge of East Brunswick; a brother, Richard Allen, and his wife, Barbara, of Seaside Park; a sister, Patricia Giaquinto, and her husband, Benjamin, of the Ringoes section of East Amwell; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
