LONG BRANCH — The All Neighbors Foundation (ANF) is looking to recruit volunteers from Monmouth County to help launch local programs for the youth of the community.
The ANF is a nonprofit organization based in Long Branch that is seeking to create recreational activities for youths in order to prevent gang and drug involvement.
