Mrs. Boyd, 84, of the Shadow Lake section of Middletown, died Nov. 12, 2008, at home. She resided in Fair Haven, and Florida, prior to relocating to Shadow Lake. She was a secretary in the guidance office of Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School, Rumson. She was predeceased by her husband, Tyra in 1998 and daughter, Nancy. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Pam of Atlantic Highlands; a daughter, Pam Tanis of Holmdel; a sister and brother-in-law, Margaret “Peggy” and Howard McCall of Boca Raton, Fla.; and four grandchildren. A memorial service was held at First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank- Tower Hill. Arrangements were by Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank.
