The New Brunswick Lions Club will hold a pre-Thanksgiving Day pancake breakfast to feed the homeless 9-11 a.m. November 23 at Elijah’s Promise, 18 Neilson St., New Brunswick.
The community may sponsor a homeless family or person. Donation is $5, $3 for children, and $10 per family. Volunteers are also needed. For tickets, donations, or to volunteer, call Marilyn at 732-322-8844 or Harry at 732-904-1398.
The Lions will present comedian Andrew Kennedy Dec. 12 at The Stress Factory, 90 Church St., New Brunswick. Dinner is 6 p.m., and the show 8 p.m. Cost is $35 per person and includes buffet dinner and the show. Seating is limited.
