Police blotter

   A Bound Brook Avenue resident reported a man drove into her driveway Nov. 12, and threw out a beer can, several used tissues, and a hand lotion bottle.
   The incident was reported at 8:53 p.m., though the resident said it occurred around 5 p.m. that day. Police reported that the resident did not have a description for the man, but described his vehicle as a light-colored sedan.
   A telephone pole fell over, blocking the intersection of Kennedy Boulevard and Harrison Avenue and smashing the rear window of a vehicle in the early afternoon of Nov. 12. Police reported notifying PSE&G about the pole, which toppled due to rot at the base.
   A Hillsborough resident reported losing his wallet while shopping at A&P on North Main Street on Nov. 15. The resident reported the wallet missing at 4:22 p.m., but believed he lost it between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. that day. The black nylon wallet contained a New Jersey driver’s license, an Oregon State University ID card, and credit cards.
   Three residents of North 18th Avenue reported damage to the fences on their property early Nov. 16.
   One resident reported damage to the passenger side tires on his vehicle and the passenger window of his car, in addition to the fence damage, estimated at $800, total.
   The second resident reported $300 in damage to the fence surrounding the property.
   The third resident reported damage, but didn’t estimate repair costs.
   Police did not have details on the types of fences or specific damage done to them available.
   At 2:21 p.m. Nov. 16, a Union resident reported that his blue and white 2004 Yamaha YX450F motorcycle was taken from a friend’s West Camplain Road residence, while locked up on the residence’s front porch.
   The motorcycle, valued at $450, was entered into the National Crime Information Systems computerized database.
