The Silver Decoy Winery will be staging interactive hourly tours of the facility and free tasting as part of its participation in the annual statewide Holiday Wine Trail Weekend Nov. 28-30.
Discussions will revolve around fermentation and the just-completed 2008 vintage, along with barrel aging. Silver Decoy will also be offering grilled foods and free tasting of its wines. For more information, call 609-371-6000.
