Mrs. Covino, 89, of Pompano Beach, Fla., died Oct. 27, 2008, at home. She was predeceased by her first husband, Alphonso “Al” Covino; and five brothers, Dominick, Louis, Victor, George and Dan. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Hidvegi of Coconut Creek, Fla.; a daughter, Donna M. Johnson of Bradenton, Fla.; a brother, Carmen Armenti of Uniondale, Pa.; two sisters, Jean Nicotra of Leesburg, Va., and Josephine Parillo of North Brunswick; two sons; several grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. A memorial service was held in Bradenton, Fla., and will be held in New Jersey at a later date. Arrangements were by the Neptune Society, Pompano Beach, Fla.
