Princeton Borough 
   Fernando Roman, 42, of Trenton was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Jamesburg in the amount of $200 following a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street at 1:59 p.m. Nov. 14, police said.
   Rebecca Rauch, 22, of Leabrook Lane was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Hamilton Avenue at 1:53 a.m. Saturday.
   Scott Gertler, 40, of Highland Park was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on University Place at 12:21 a.m. Monday.
   Henry Fazekas, 38, of Monmouth was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Helmetta in the amount of $114 following a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street at 9:35 a.m. Monday, police said.
   Charles McKenzie, 27, of Trenton was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Trenton in the amount of $204 following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street at 11:01 p.m. Monday, police said.
   Hernan Zhingri, 33, of East Windsor was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Hamilton in the amount of $700 following a motor vehicle stop on Witherspoon Street at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
   Andre James Jones, 23, of Hamilton was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Lawrence following a motor vehicle stop on Valley Road at 6:54 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
Princeton Township 
   Latrease Latray Jones, 39, of Trenton was charged with theft and possession of a controlled dangerous substance Monday after police said they were notified that a Rite Aid Pharmacy employee at the Princeton Shopping Center was stealing prescription drugs. Police said Ms. Jones, a pharmacy assistant, stole several bottles of alprazolam and hydrocodone over a three-month period. The value of the drugs was placed under $500. She was later released pending a court appearance.
West Windsor 
   Four West Windsor teenage boys escaped unharmed after two cars they were traveling in veered off Conover Road into a pond at the Mercer Oaks Golf Course on Thursday afternoon.
   The first vehicle failed to negotiate a dog-leg turn onto North Post Road, ending up in the pond about 40 feet from the roadway. The second vehicle followed.
   Two of the 17-year-old boys were treated for minor injuries at the scene by West Windsor EMS. No one was transported to the hospital or suffered hypothermia.
   A 2002 Oldsmobile and a 2004 Volkswagen Passat were completely submerged. A dive team from Trenton Rescue 1 hooked up both vehicles to be towed from the water.
A Newtown, Pa., woman was a victim of credit card theft and fraudulent use of a credit card after an incident at the Big Fish Restaurant in MarketFair shopping center Monday afternoon. Two suspects entered the restaurant and asked to be seated next to the victim and her friends. One of the suspects, a female, began talking to the victim and her friends. The victim said this was a diversion so the other suspect, a male, could get into her purse. When the victim got up to leave, she noticed her purse had been moved several feet from where she had placed it and two credit cards were missing. When she reported the theft to the credit card companies, she was advised they had been used at the Best Buy store in West Windsor and the Toys R Us in Lawrence Township. The female suspect was described as black with light skin, long dark hair and about 30 years old. The male was described as black, 40 years old and balding.
   An incident of shoplifting was reported Wednesday afternoon at Ulta in Nassau Park shopping center. The suspect entered the store and concealed two bottles of designer men’s cologne and left the store, entering a four-door silver car. The cologne was valued at $115. The suspect was described as a white male, about 17 to 19 years old, weighing 160 pounds and with an acne-scarred face. He was wearing a green and white cap, gray sweatpants and a hoodie.
   A resident of a condominium in Claridge Court reported the theft of a $2,200 laptop computer between 7:15 a.m. and 1:40 p.m. Wednesday. The victim came home to find that someone had entered the residence by forcing the front door open.
   Stanley Swain, 22, of Hamilton was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams after a motor vehicle stop Monday night on Quakerbridge Road at the Mercer Mall. Police said they stopped the vehicle for failing to maintain a lane, and the officer smelled an odor of marijuana coming from the interior of the vehicle. A search led to the discovery of the marijuana, police said.
   A West Windsor resident reported a theft from a house on Rainflower Lane between 8:30 a.m. Nov. 4 and 7 a.m. on Nov. 5. A garage door was damaged in gaining access to the house. Jewelry and a collection of rare coins were stolen. The total value of the property was unknown at the time of the report.
   Various bottles of perfume and cologne valued at $1,739 were stolen from the Victoria’s Secret store in MarketFair shopping center Sunday afternoon. Two black females, between 20 and 25 years of age, both about 5 feet 6 inches tall were observed by employees next to the perfume counter. One suspect blocked the view of the other suspect, making it difficult for employees to view their actions. Once management approached them and asked if they needed help, they declined and left the store. The theft was not discovered until after the suspects had left the store.
   A theft was reported from a residence on Winterberry Court between 3 and 7 p.m. Sunday. A rear door was entered and a laptop computer, iPod and iPod speaker system, with a combined value of $1,600, were stolen.
Plainsboro 
   Nicholas Paoline, 23, of Collingswood was charged with possession of hypodermic needles and syringes after the car in which he was an occupant was stopped on Tamarron Drive about 9:17 a.m. Nov. 10, police reported.The car was stopped during an investigation of an attempted burglary at a Tamarron Drive residence, police said.
   Martin Tiu, 36, was charged with criminal trespass, obstruction and immigration violations after police said they responded to a report of suspicious activity in a vacant housing unit on Quail Ridge Drive about 6 p.m. Nov. 13. Police said they found Mr. Tiu hiding in a bedroom closet of the unoccupied apartment. Police said he was an illegal immigrant from Guatemala and was being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center on an immigration detainer warrant and in lieu of $2,500 bail on the Plainsboro charges.
