A craft program will be held at the Clara Barton Branch Library, 141 Hoover Ave., Edison, at 2 p.m. Dec. 10. No skill is required to make a decorative rattan snow shovel, suitable for a window or door. All are welcome, but registration in advance is required; call 732-738-0096, ext. 1. There is a fee of $5 to cover the cost of materials.
