Princeton Borough 
   Joel Bliss, 39, of Pennsauken was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Maple Shade for $104 following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street at 9:17 a.m. on Nov. 21, police said.
   Joseph Devido, 27, of Trenton was arrested by Ewing Township police and transported to Princeton Borough police headquarters for having an outstanding warrant out of Princeton Borough for $250 at 4:34 a.m. Saturday, police said.
   Rebecca Ann Goode, 57, of Princeton was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Princeton Borough for $209 following a pedestrian stop on Berrien Court at 11:04 a.m. Saturday, police said.
   Robert Hutchens, 22, of Toms River was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Edison for $150 following a motor vehicle stop on Charlton Street at 10:16 p.m. Saturday, police said.
   Alex Perry, 38, of Trenton was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Hamilton for $11,228 following a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street at 10:40 a.m. Monday, police said.
   Nancy Elneus, 21, of Trenton was arrested for having an outstanding warrant out of Trenton for $235 following a motor vehicle stop on North Harrison Street at 8:43 a.m. Tuesday, police said.
Plainsboro 
   A Windrow Drive resident reported the theft of a 14k gold broach with sapphires and a 14k gold ring with lapis lazuli stone between Oct. 21 and Nov. 21. The loss was placed at $2,000.
   Manuel A. Flores Jr., 22, of Pheasant Hollow Drive was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said they observed his 2000 Chevy Camaro fail to dim its high beams and speed 55 mph in a 45 mph zone on Dey Road shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday. Police said the car then ran a red light while making a right turn onto Scotts Corner Road and was clocked at 50 mph in a 25 mph speed zone on Brentwood Lane before it was stopped. He was also charged with reckless driving, speeding failure to dim high beams, driving while suspended and other motor vehicle violations, police said.
