Ms. Meissner, 100, died Dec. 14, 2008, in Old Bridge Manor. Prior to her retirement in 1973, she was employed by DuPont, Parlin section of Sayreville, where she worked for 35 years. She was predeceased by four brothers, Charles, Howard, Edwin and Frank Meissner, and by a sister, Gertrude Jessen. Surviving are a niece, Carolyn Zimmer of Monroe, and several other nieces and nephews. Private arrangements were under the direction of Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
