Princeton Borough
   Leon Davila Sipaque, 33, of no known address, was charged with defiant trespass after being found sleeping in the hallway of 84 Nassau St. at 1:26 a.m. Wednesday. Police said they already had warned Mr. Sipaque not to return to the property.
   Jennifer Evans, 21, of Roebling, was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Hamilton Avenue at 1:10 a.m. Thursday.
   Jessica Johnson, 19, of Ewing Street, and Rudy Delma, 20, of Leigh Avenue, were charged with theft and criminal mischief after an incident in Joline Hall at Princeton University at 12:54 a.m. Friday. Police said the two were invited into a residence on campus and stole a digital camera, camera lenses and gift cards with a total value of $2,380. Police later found Mr. Delma to be in possession of marijuana and charged him with possession of the drug.
Princeton Township
   A Marion Road West home was evacuated at 11:40 p.m. Thursday after authorities received a report of smoke inside the residence. A small fire was found in the walls behind the fireplace, but it was contained before causing significant damage to the house, according to police.
   Peter McLaughlin, 23, of Montgomery, was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on Washington Road at 12:22 p.m. Friday. Police, who made the initial stop because of an overdue inspection sticker, said they found marijuana in Mr. McLaughlin’s vehicle after smelling the odor of burnt marijuana.
