Gregory Stoto, 18, of Peterson Road, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol after a neighbor reported there were people inside a More Road home when the owner was supposed to be out of state at 9:16 p.m. Dec. 28.
Police said they found Mr. Stoto there, having been invited by the homeowner’s son. Police also said they found three garbage bags filled with empty beer cans.
Mr. Stoto was processed and released to the custody of his mother. His court date is scheduled for 3 p.m. Jan. 20 at the municipal building.
A Winding Way resident reported someone stole her daughter’s cell phone from a storage bin at Premiere Dance Academy, on Amwell Road, sometime between 4:50 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 6.
The cell phone was valued at $240.
Police said a secretary at the dance studio reported other cell phones had been missing from the studio in December.
Mohamed Amin, 18, of Flemington, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and speeding after police pulled him over for driving 64 miles per hour in a 40-mph zone on Amwell Road at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 1.
Police said they found small buds of marijuana in two places on the vehicle, and Mr. Amin allegedly admitted the drugs were his.
Mr. Amin was processed and released.
A Blackpoint Road resident reported someone kicked in the door to her residence and rummaged around in her things sometime between 8 a.m. Dec. 26 and 1:55 p.m. Dec. 29.
Police said nothing was stolen from the home, but there was damage to the doorjamb, and the door’s strike plate was on the floor.
Kyle Fennimore, 18, of First Street, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana after police found the vehicle in which he was a passenger parked in Flagtown Park with its lights turned off at 9:55 p.m. Jan. 1.
Police said they found an open cigar on the floor of the vehicle behind Mr. Fennimore. In addition, Mr. Fennimore produced a bag of marijuana he had been hiding in his mouth.
Mr. Fennimore was processed and released.
Michael Aulson, 48, of Capricorn Drive, was charged with drunken driving and speeding after police pulled him over for driving 65 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone on Route 206 at 12:50 a.m. Dec. 29.
Mr. Aulson was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.20 percent.Mr. Aulson was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Kristina Reiss, 19, of Amwell Road, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana after the vehicle in which she was a passenger was pulled over for having a passenger side brake light out on Amwell Road at 10:39 p.m. Dec. 26.
Ms. Reiss was taken into custody after police found marijuana in the seat tracks, and she produced a bag with marijuana she had on her person. Ms. Reiss was processed and released.
The driver of the vehicle, Kayla Yeates, 19, of Gemini Drive, received summonses for maintenance of lamps and obstructed view.
A Covert Court resident reported someone stole his $300 GPS from his vehicle while it was parked at his home sometime between Dec. 8 and Dec. 14.
The owner of a Hillsborough-based business, Matt’s Landscape, reported someone stole about $19,200 worth of equipment from an Old Camplain Road storage site sometime between 9 a.m. Dec. 27 and 7 a.m. Dec. 31.
The owner reported the items stolen were a pickup truck, two snowplows, a lawn mower, two toolboxes, a GPS, a grass catcher, three leaf blowers, two weed trimmers and a stereo system.
Brian Harris, 30, of Somerset, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after the vehicle in which he was a passenger was pulled over because its rear driver side taillight was out on Falcon Road at 12 a.m. Dec. 14.
Mr. Harris was taken into custody after police found a smoking pipe in his pocket. Mr. Harris was processed and released. The driver, Renae Seigler, 29, of Brookside Lane, received a summons for maintenance of lamps.
A worker at the Golden Buffet Restaurant, on Falcon Road, reported someone broke the front glass window and took cash and other items sometime between 10 p.m. Dec. 28 and 10:10 a.m. Dec. 29.
The owner of the restaurant reported the person stole a laptop computer, a cash box with $300, a change bag with $100 in change, one envelope with $1,300 and another envelope with $1,250.
Nina Psihoules, 47, of River Street, was charged with drunken driving, failure to keep right and careless driving after her vehicle drifted over the yellow line on Amwell Road, and she began driving 55 miles per hour in a 45-mph zone at 11:56 a.m. Jan. 10.
Ms. Psihoules was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.10 percent.Ms. Psihoules was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Kyle Dragert, 19, of Robbinsville, was charged with drunken driving and failure to maintain lane after he was pulled over for swerving across the lane and almost hitting the curb on Amwell Road at 3:33 a.m. Jan. 10.
Samantha Thompson, 18, of Hamilton Road East, the passenger in the vehicle, was charged with underage consumption of alcoholic beverages after she admitted to drinking that evening.
Mr. Dragert was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.10 percent.
Mr. Dragert was processed and released to the custody of his mother. Ms. Thompson was processed and released to the custody of her mother.
