Stacy Anderson, 31, of Walden Circle, was charged Jan. 6 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, less than 50 grams. Police said they stopped Ms. Anderson around 7 p.m. on Hutchinson Road for driving an unregistered vehicle. Police said they found two, multicolored smoking pipes and several partially burnt, hand-rolled marijuana cigarettes. Ms. Anderson also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and unregistered vehicle.
Benjamin Quaye, 19, of Hickory Way, was charged Jan. 10 with driving while intoxicated and speeding. Police said they stopped Mr. Quaye at 3:29 a.m. for driving 82 mph in a 50-mph zone on Route 130. He also was charged with reckless driving and careless driving.
Jonathan Sloan, 23, of Yardville, was charged Jan. 9 with theft of a movable object. Police said Mr. Sloan stole a package of karate equipment valued at $150 from a porch on Trellis Way after following a UPS delivery truck on Dec. 23.
The truck driver reported seeing Mr. Sloan following the vehicle, and police located him at an apartment in Yardville last week. He had purchased a new, black Chevrolet Cobalt by that time, they said.
Police said Trellis Way and Hibiscus Way residents had reported a suspicious, blue Chevrolet Cobalt with a Pennsylvania license plate between Dec. 18 and 23. A FedEx package also was taken from a Foxmoor residence during that time, but police said they have not yet tied Mr. Sloan to that theft.
