   Tiffany Ratliff, 22, of Arlington, Va., faces drug charges after a traffic stop Jan. 10 at the intersection of Route 1 and southbound Scudders Mill Road. Shortly after midnight, police stopped a 2003 black Mitsubishi for having an inoperable plate lamp and brake light. A strong odor of burnt marijuana was emenating from the passenger compartment, police said. A search revealed that the driver, Ms. Ratliff, was in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and open containers of alcohol. She was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was also issued motor vehicle summonses for the inoperable plate and brake lamps, driving while suspending, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
   A resident of Deer Creek Drive reported incidents of identity theft that occurred on Dec. 25 and Jan. 6. Someone obtained the victim’s personal information and used it to create fraudulent checks in the victim’s name. A total of three checks were made and debited from the victim’s account, totaling $154.81.
   A resident of Quail Ridge Drive reported an incident of credit card fraud that occurred on Jan. 6. Someone applied for a credit card in the victim’s name and made about $1,200 in charges.
   Jennifer Evans, 24, of Plainsboro, was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop Dec. 19 on Hunters Glen Drive. A black Volkswagen was stopped for making a left turn on red at the intersection of Plainsboro Road and Hunters Glen Drive, police said. Ms. Evans was found to be intoxicated, police said. She was issued traffic summonses for DWI, reckless driving, speeding, failure to observe signal, failure to change address and failure to maintain lane.
   Charles Conroy, 57, of Morrisville, Pa., was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop Jan. 12 on northbound Route 1 at College Road. Field sobriety tests revealed the driver, Mr. Conroy, to be intoxicated, police said. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for DWI, failure to maintain lane, refusal to submit to breath tests, reckless driving, driving while suspended, driving with an expired driver’s license and failure to exhibit registration.
   Jamad Sharif, 34, of Willow Grove, Pa., was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop early Wednesday morning on southbound Route 1 near Scudders Mill Road. Police said Mr. Sharif was driving erratically, straddling the lines between lanes for several seconds at a time before abruptly exiting onto Scudders Mill Road. Mr. Sharif was arrested after he was found to be intoxicated, police said. He was issued summonses for DWI, refusal to submit samples of breath, failure to maintain lane, failure to wear a seat belt, failure to exhibit a valid driver’s license, failure to obtain a N.J. driver’s license, and reckless driving.
   Felix Coreano, 42, of Wilmington, Del., was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop Jan. 13 at soutboundsouthbound Route 1 near Scudders Mill Road. Police stopped Mr. Coreano because his vehicle was drifting from left to right in the middle lane, police said. After failing field sobriety tests, he was arrested, police said. He was charged with DWI, reckless driving and driving while suspended.
