Pennington, NJ – Prestige Wealth Management Group, a leading full service wealth management firm, has announced the appointment of Thomas McCabe as Director of Accounting of the Prestige Wealth Accounting Group. McCabe will also assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of Prestige Wealth Management Group.

McCabe has 20 years of experience helping clients with their tax and accounting needs. Prior to joining the firm, he was Vice President and Chief Administrative Investment Officer for the Merrill Lynch Trust Company, where he led a fiduciary investment oversight team that advised the firm’s high net-worth clients. McCabe has also worked as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche, as Assistant Director of Princeton University’s investment administration team, and as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a successful hedge fund.
McCabe holds a bachelor degree in accounting and an M.B.A. in finance from Rider University. He earned his CPA license in 1988 and is an adjunct professor of accounting at Rider University, where he also sits on their Accounting Advisory Council.
