Luis Pulla, 41, of Abbington Drive, was charged with trespassing Monday.
Police said an officer observed Mr. Pulla looking into the window of an occupied apartment in the B building on Abbington Drive and staring at the people inside around 10:50 p.m. Police said that when an officer approached Mr. Pulla, he attempted to walk away and conceal an open beer can.
He was also charged with consumption of alcohol in public.
Patricia Salazar, 26, of Old Stone Mill Drive, was charged with shoplifting and criminal mischief Tuesday.
Police said Ms. Salazar was observed using a bar code from a lesser priced meat item to ring up two more expensive meat items at a self checkout register around 4:45 p.m. The difference in the total price was $8.61.
John Knowles, 44, of Yardville, was charged Jan. 31 with driving while intoxicated.
Police said an officer observed Mr. Knowles swerving while driving south on Route 130 around 1:40 a.m., and pulled him over near Hickory Corner Road because he was swerving in his lane.
Mr. Knowles also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane of travel and failure to keep right.
Jan Peters, 37, of Pebble Road, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, careless driving and reckless driving.
Police said an officer responded to a reported accident on Rembrandt Way around 11:45 p.m. Police said Mr. Peters had just turned onto Rembrandt Way from Sussex Lane when he struck an unoccupied parked vehicle in the rear.
He did not report any injury, police said.
The owner of a 2006 Dodge Charger reported that his vehicle was damaged while parked on Jamestown Road between 6 a.m. Jan. 23 and 10 a.m. Jan. 29. The owner said there were scratches to the paint on both sides of the vehicle and estimated the damage at $400.
The owner of a 2001 Audi A4 reported that his vehicle was damaged while parked along Bennington Drive between 11:20 p.m. Jan. 30 and 5:25 p.m. Jan. 31.
The owner said the vehicle sustained several scratches to the paint on the hood, and estimated the damages at $100.
The owner of a black North Face jacket said that it was stolen from the American Legion post while she was attending an event there between 11 p.m. on Jan. 31 and 1 a.m. Feb. 1.
She said her cell phone was in the pocket, and valued the items at $100 each.
The owner of a white Nissan truck said the vehicle was sprayed with black paint while parked on Probasco Road between 3 p.m. Jan. 31 and 11:55 a.m. Monday.
The owner estimated the cost of removal at $300.
