EAST WINDSOR The Township Council has approved several agreements for professional services and renewed two interlocal agreements with Hamilton Township.
The council on Tuesday OK’d resolutions contracting Richard Coppola for planning services, Daniel Dobromilski & Associates for landscaping services, Ronald A. Curini Appraisal Company for property tax appraisal services, Harry Haushalter for special tax counsel, and McManimon & Scotland for legal counsel on issuing bonds.
Ronald A. Curini Appraisal Company will be paid $75 per hour, with a maximum annual compensation of $15,000 for the year. Mr. Haushalter will be paid $125 per hour, with a maximum annual compensation of $20,000.
Mr. Coppola will be paid $140 per hour for his time and $120 per hour for his associate’s time, with a maximum annual amount of $5,000. Dobromilski & Associates will be paid $100 per hour for architect, planner and certified tree expert services and $50 per hour for draftsman and designer services, with a maximum annual compensation of $30,000.
The council also approved resolutions renewing an interlocal agreements with Hamilton to share a health officer and sexually transmitted disease clinic services.
