State Police were investigating the theft of lottery tickets worth several thousand dollars from Pete’s Deli on Yardville-Allentown Road. Police said someone broke into the shop through a window between 11 p.m. Sunday and 5 a.m. Monday and stole a book of scratch-off tickets, whose numbers have been logged and forwarded to lottery officials. Nothing else was stolen, police added.

Allentown
Stephani M. Register, 42, of Trenton, was charged Jan. 31 with driving while suspended. Police said they stopped her at 11:41 a.m. on South Main Street and found a $2,500 warrant in her name.
Caryn M. Suralik, 28, of Allentown, was charged Jan. 31 with driving while suspended. Police said they stopped her at 3:40 p.m. on Route 526 and found a $628 Ocean Gate warrant in her name.
