BORDENTOWN CITY
   Manuel Sierra, 33, of Trenton, was charged Saturday with drunken driving, possession of fewer than 50 grams of marijuana, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving with an open alcohol container and other motor vehicle violations. Police said they stopped him at 2:56 a.m. on Route 130/206 for drifting in and out of the shoulder lane. A search of Mr. Sierra’s vehicle produced a partially burnt marijuana cigarette in the ashtray as well as an open container of beer, police reported.
FLORENCE
   William D. Watson, 39, Roebling, was charged Feb. 5 with unlawful taking of a means of conveyance. Police said Mr. Watson’s mother reported at 3 a.m. that he had just taken her vehicle, a 1991 Mazda Navajo, from her residence without her consent.
   Police said they secured the car and found Mr. Watson inside his Amboy Avenue residence, where he was taken into custody at 5:18 a.m. He was taken to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail with no option to post 10 percent for release.
