Fran Metzger, recycling coordinator of Monmouth County, will be the featured speaker at the Feb. 26 meeting of the Allentown Garden Club.
Metzger will explore how to reduce waste and improve soil conditions by backyard composting.
The meeting will be held 7 p.m. at the Allentown United Methodist Church on Church Street.
