Program schedule given
An Affordable Housing Forum — which focuses on the economic, social and environmental impacts of the Council of Affordable Housing (COAH) rulings on Hopewell Valley — is now available for viewing on local cable TV.
The 75-minute program, which was held by the Hopewell Valley League of Women Voters last month, is broadcast on Comcast Channel 95 and Verizon Channel 30 throughout Hopewell Valley.
It appears at 10 a.m.,. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; and at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Richard Bilotti, retired publisher, moderates a panel comprised of the Rev. Charles Stephens of the Unitarian Universalist Church at Washington Crossing; Jim Waltman, executive director, Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association; and David Sandahl, Hopewell Township committeeman.
Philip Caton — a senior partner of Clarke Caton Hintz, a local architecture and planning firm — explains the background of COAH and the current state laws with which every New Jersey municipality must comply.
The PowerPoint presentations by Messrs. Sandahl and Caton are available on the Hopewell Township Web site at: www.hopewelltwp.org/current-topics.html.
