The executive board of the Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) in Howell’s 13 schools will hold elections for the 2009-10 school year. SEPAC is a support group for special-needs children in the Howell School District. The following positions are available for a one-year term: secretary, treasurer, programs coordinator, hostess, Howell Mania chair and co-chair, and PTO/PTA SEPAC liaison coordinator.
