Resident apologizes for taking a shot at school board

Imust apologize to the members of the Jackson Board of Education for the way my letter in the Tri-Town News came out (“Biggest Thieves in Town are Running the School Board,” Tri-Town News, Feb. 5).

did not mean to infer or imply that the members were taking anything that they were not personally entitled to.

During a fit of rage, my keyboard worked faster than my mind. Being a taxpayer in Jackson and not happy with the amount of dollars that are spent by the board.

We as plain folks need to cut what we spend out of pocket because less is coming in, and so must the people who spend our tax money.
