Sandi was born in Annapolis, Maryland and had lived in Jacksonville Florida, Panama Canal Zone, Annapolis Maryland, Norfolk Virginia, Albuquerque New Mexico, Newark Delaware, Quantico Virginia, Pensacola Florida, LeJeune North Carolina, and Toledo Ohio before moving to Howell in 1983.
EMPLOYMENT: She worked as an Accountant for the Tri Town News for over 5 years.
CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS: Sandi attended Delaware Technical & Community College, and graduated from Coastal Carolina Community College with an AAS in Accounting. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Sandi enjoyed traveling and taking cruises, spending time with her family, music and singing, animals, bargain hunting, reading, and the Ocean and beaches. Her favorite experience was swimming with the dolphins.
