BORDENTOWN CITY

   Dustin Shultz, 21, of Browns Mills, was charged Feb. 12 with drunken driving, illegal turning, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane. Police said they stopped him at 2:58 a.m. at Routes 130 and 206 for making an illegal U-turn. He was released to a friend.

   Clyde Zackery, 41, of New Brunswick, was charged Feb. 7 with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three related charges. Police said they stopped him at 8:55 p.m. on Route 206 for failing to maintain a lane.
   Mr. Zackery was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain lane. He was released on his own recognizance.

MANSFIELD

   Carolyn A. Rose, 46, of New Castle, Del., was charged Feb. 11 with drunken driving, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, having an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, and refusal to submit breath samples.
   Police said they responded to a report of an accident with minor injuries on Mount Pleasant Road at 10:34 p.m. and found Ms. Rose parked on the front lawn of a residence. She failed field sobriety tests, police reported, and several beer bottles were observed in plain view in her car, with additional open bottles found after a search. She was released to a friend.
