FLORENCE: Police blotter

FLORENCE

   Gregg Cummings, 29, of Roebling, was charged with drunken driving, reckless driving, and several other charges at 1:27 a.m. Sunday after police stopped his car on Hornberger Avenue for a motor vehicle violation. He was determined to be under the influence of alcohol, police said. Police he was also found to have an outstanding warrant for $714 and posted bail. He also was charged with making an unsafe lane change and failure to exhibit documents.

   Joseph T. Gascot, 18, of Burlington, was charged on a $500 warrant from Camden at 11:35 p.m. Sunday in the Wawa parking lot on Route 130. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

   Ashley N. Fluhr, 23, of Florence, was charged with drunken driving, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession in a motor vehicle and several motor vehicle violations at 3:54 a.m. Saturday. Police said she was stopped at Bustleton and Old York roads and police determined she was intoxicated. Police said she was found to be in possession of an unspecified controlled dangerous substance. She also was charged with failure to maintain lane and failure to exhibit documents. She was released on her own recognizance pending a court appearance.

   Michael A. Scott, 20, of Florence, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance at 4:25 p.m. Feb. 18. Police said he was questioned in the area of People’s Bank on Broad Street for what police describe as suspicious activity. Police said he had two baggies containing suspected marijuana and was released on his own recognizance after processing.
