LAWRENCE: Police blotter

A Plainsboro Township resident reported the theft of his Guess brand jacket, valued at $150, from the coat rack in the men’s locker room at Gold’s Gym on Quakerbridge Road between 9:57 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Feb. 21, police said.
    A Town Court North resident reported someone scratched the passenger side door and the front quarter panel on his 2006 Dodge Charger while the car was parked outside his residence between Feb. 16 and 6 p.m. Feb. 20, police said. Damage was estimated at $100.
    A 20-year-old Rider University student from Bridgewater Township told police someone stole his PNC bank card, $50 in cash and personal information from his wallet, which he had left in an unlocked locker at the Rider University Student Recreation Center between 3:35 p.m. and 3:55 p.m. Feb. 18, police said.
    A 17-year-old Crosswicks boy was charged with shoplifting after a Macy’s loss prevention officer saw him pick up a North Face windbreaker, valued at $99, and leave the store without paying for it at 7:19 p.m. Feb. 18, police said. The boy was released to his mother’s custody.
    Jo Moore, 56, of Plainsboro Township, was charged with shoplifting after a Lord & Taylor loss prevention officer saw her conceal four pairs of women’s designer sunglasses and several items of clothing in her purse at 5:20 p.m. Feb. 17, police said. The items were valued at a combined $672. She was issued a summons and released.
    Wanda Roman, 52, of Abby Drive in Lawrence, was charged with drunken driving at 2:41 a.m. Feb. 17 after a police officer saw her car weaving on Brunswick Pike, according to reports. She also was charged with failure to maintain her lane, reckless driving and failure to exhibit a valid insurance card. She was released to her husband’s custody.
    Two Ewing Township girls, ages 16 and 17, were charged with shoplifting after a Macy’s loss prevention officer saw them take five rings, worth a combined $111, at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 16, police said. The girls were released to their parents’ custody.
    An Egg Harbor City resident reported the theft of a Garmin GPS, an Apple video iPod, a cell phone, sunglasses, worth a combined $700, plus $1,600 in cash from his car while it was parked outside the Olive Garden restaurant between 6:05 p.m. and 7:35 p.m. Feb. 15, police said. There was no sign of forced entry.
    A Bloomfield resident told police someone stole his BlackBerry Curve and $30 from his jacket, which he had left in an unlocked locker at Gold’s Gym between 8:10 a.m. and 9:10 a.m. Feb. 14. The BlackBerry was valued at $300.
