HILLSBOROUGH: Police blotter

   Matthew Johnson, 23, of Hampton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain his lane and driving on a suspended license after he was pulled over for drifting into the shoulder on Route 206 at 12:57 a.m. Feb. 7.
   Mr. Johnson was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.12 percent.
   New Jersey law defines a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher as intoxicated.
   Police also found that Mr. Johnson had two active ATS warrants, one out of North Hunterdon for $1,000 and one out of Piscataway for $300.
   Mr. Johnson was turned over to Franklin police, in Hunterdon County, for the warrants.
   Susan Guariglia, 39, of Farm Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test, driving without insurance, careless driving and having a suspended driver’s license after police responded to the scene of an accident on Farm Road at 3:51 p.m. Feb. 6.
   According to police, Ms. Guariglia had struck another car from behind, but she drove away as police approached the scene. Ms. Guariglia was pulled over on Farm Road.
   Ms. Guariglia was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests.
   Police said they also found she had an active ATS warrant for $128 out of Bridgewater.
   Ms. Guariglia was processed and released to the custody of a friend after she posted bail.
   Richard Kaslovsky, 51, of Belle Mead, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and speeding after he was pulled over for driving 57 miles per hour in a 40-mph zone on Amwell Road at 1:28 p.m. Feb. 14.
   Mr. Kaslovsky was taken into custody after police found a case with a tissue containing a burnt cigarette with marijuana in the center console.
   Mr. Kaslovsky was processed and released.
   Ronaldo Anderson, 46, of Manville, was charged with exhibiting a fraudulent government document, possession of a fraudulent government document, unlicensed driver and lack of name or address on a commercial vehicle after he was pulled over for driving a car with a commercial license plate but no address or business name, while on Opie Road at 10:41 a.m. Feb. 16.
   Police said Mr. Anderson produced a U.S. Permanent Resident Card that was found to be fraudulent, as well as a Social Security card that was also determined to be fake.
   Mr. Anderson was transported to Somerset County Jail after he was unable to pay the $20,000 bail, 10 percent to apply.
   A Longfield Drive resident reported that someone smashed in the front passenger window of her vehicle with a blunt object and removed her GPS unit from its dashboard while the car was parked at her home sometime between 4 p.m. Feb. 17 and 9:20 a.m. Feb. 18.
   The GPS unit and the damage were each valued at $200.
