The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning Sunday in effect until Monday afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service in Philadelphia, snow will become heavy overnight Sunday into Monday morning and winds will increase, with visibility potentially falling below a quarter of a mile.
The total snowfall expected from the store is 8 to 12 inches, tapering off to snow showers by Monday afternoon.
The National Weather Service recommended postponing travel until after the storm ends.
All local public school districts were closed Monday, March 2, including Bordentown Regional, Northern Burlington County Regional, Florence, Chesterfield, Mansfield, North Hanover and Springfield districts.
