Princeton Township
   Rickey Blue, 19, of Trenton was arrested for posssession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended driver’s license, and having a $1,090 warrant out of Bordentown City following a traffic stop on Route 27 at 3:51 p.m. on Feb. 21, police said. After a records search revealed the active warrant, police placed Mr. Blue under arrest and found a bag containing the remains of a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana, reports said. ***
   Princeton Township police are investigating two aggravated assaults and robberies that occurred in the John Witherspoon neighborhood at around 9 p.m. on Feb. 24. In each case, perpetrators struck victims from behind with an unknown object, knocking the victims unconscious. One victim reported his cell phone and wallet were taken from him following the assault. When asked for descriptions of the attackers, in both cases victims described two dark-skinned black males to police investigating the incident. One victim refused medical treatment, while the other was taken to the University Medical Center at Princeton to treat head and face injuries. ***
   Gene T. Jones, 54, of Montgomery was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and having an $89 warrant out of Trenton after police stopped him as he bicycled on Herrontown Road at 8:27 p.m. Wednesday, without lights or reflectors. Police, who said Mr. Jones appeared suspicious, interviewed him, discovering the warrant and that Mr. Jones was in possession of some kind of drug paraphernalia, according to reports. ***
   Princeton BoroughPierre Panniel, 23, of Trenton was arrested for having a $500 warrant out of Hamilton following a traffic stop on Nassau Street at 8:46 p.m. on Feb. 18, according to police. ***
   Paul Jensen, 23, of Route 518 was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 20 on Nassau Street, according to reports. ***
   Temarra Brown, 62, of Trenton was arrested for having a $150 warrant out of Hamilton after a records search while Ms. Brown was at Princeton Borough Municipal Court revealed the warrant at 11:30 a.m. pm Feb. 23. ***
   Martin White, 52, of Redding Circile was arrested for having a $1,500 warrant out of Trenton following a traffic stop on Walnut Lane at 12:06 p.m. Friday, police said. ***
   West Windsor
   Police are investigating a case of creating a false public alarm after an unknown female contacted police Friday night and said two females were being held against their will in a bathroom at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. West Windsor and Plainsboro police responded to the call by going to the school and conducting a search, but neither department found anything. The unknown female called police headquarters a second time and again indicated that someone was being held against their will. However, during the second call, the unknown female began to laugh when questioned further.
   Joshua White, 20, of North Brunswick was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop early Saturday morning on Carnegie Boulevard at southbound Route 1. Mr. White was processed at police headquarters and given summonses for obstructing the passage of vehicles, reckless driving and DWI.
   A 37-year-old Princeton resident reported a theft from a vehicle that occurred between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of Barnes & Noble in Princeton MarketFair. Over $10,000 worth of computer equipment was reported stolen from an unlocked Saab.
   Ronnie Hall-Brown, 35, of Trenton was arrested for shoplifting Saturday evening from the Wal-Mart in Nassau Park. She is accused of concealing $181 worth of ladies’ clothing in a black bag on her person and attempting to leave the store.
   Robert Puleo, 28, of Randolph was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop Sunday evening at northbound Route 1 and Alexander Road. After he was stopped for driving carelessly, a search of the vehicle revealed marijuana pipes and a marijuana bud grinder, police said. He was issued summonses for careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   A 25-year-old resident of Worchester, N.Y., reported a theft from a vehicle that occurred between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of TGIF in Princeton MarketFair. Someone smashed the front passenger side window of a 2001 Toyota and stole a $200 GPS unit.
   Allen Primus, 28, of Trenton was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop Sunday evening on northbound Route 1 near Harrison Street. Mr. Primus was stopped because he did not have his taillights on, police said, and marijuana was discovered on his person. He also received a summons for driving while suspended.
   A 39-year-old resident of Princeton reported a theft that occurred between 1:50 p.m. and 2:14 p.m. Sunday in the Kohl’s parking lot in Nassau Park. Someone stole the victim’s purse from her shopping cart while in the parking lot. The total value stolen was $502.
   Two juveniles from Trenton, aged 14 and 16, were arrested for theft from the Wegmans on Nassau Park Boulevard. Last Tuesday around 11 p.m., they left the store with a full cart of unbagged groceries, valued at $243, police said.
   A 20-year-old student from the Mercer County Community College was the victim of an auto theft that occurred between 9 a.m. and noon on Feb. 25. Reported missing was his black 1996 Acura, valued at $5,000, from the West Lot. No evidence of value was found at the scene, police said.
Montgomery
   Six juveniles were charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia Friday morning after a traffic stop at the intersection of Kildee Road and Sunset Road. Police received a complaint of several juveniles smoking marijuana in a parked vehicle on Silver Maple Court, and an officer later located the vehicle traveling on Kildee Road. During the stop, a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected coming from the car, police said. The six juveniles, all 16 or 17 years old, were found to be truant from the Montgomery High School and were found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, police said. Juvenile criminal complaints were completed and forwarded to the Somerset County Family Court.
   Two juveniles, both 17 and of Montgomery Township, were charged with drug possession after a suspicious vehicle investigation Sunday afternoon at a business on Sunset Road. The juveniles were found to be in possession of marijuana and illicit tablets, which are pending forensic examination, police said. The juveniles were processed at Police Headquarters and released to their parents.
   Robert Robinson Jr., 34, of Hamilton Township was arrested on outstanding warrants after a motor vehicle stop Friday morning on Route 206. Police stopped his vehicle near Wall Street after a random computer check revealed that his driver’s license was suspended. During the stop, a warrant check was initiated and the active warrants out of Plainfield, Riverside and Trenton municipal courts were located. He was transported to police headquarters, and released pending several court appearances. He was also issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended.
   Omar Haddara, 19, of Skillman was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop early Sunday morning on Route 533. Mr. Haddara was stopped after he failed to stop at a stop sign. After field sobriety tests were performed, police said, he was arrested and taken to police headquarters. He was also charged with failure to stop and provisional license violation.
   Janet Okore, 54, of Ewing was issued a motor vehicle summons for careless driving after a two-car crash Wednesday afternoon on Route 206 near Airpark Road. Ms. Okore was driving a 1999 Toyota Camry south on Route 206 when she hit the rear of a 1999 Mercedes Benz that was stopped in traffic, police said. Brenda Loper, 53, of Lawrenceville, the driver of the Mercedes Benz, complained of back pain but refused medical attention. The Toyota sustained front-end damage and was towed from the scene.
   Police responded to Blackstone Park Wednesday for a report of criminal mischief. A resident who lives in the area located spray paint graffiti on the walls of the park pavilion.
Plainsboro
   Meagan Jones, 21, of Aspen Drive was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop early Sunday morning on Scudders Mill Road. Police said Ms. Jones was weaving in and out of the lane while driving in the left lane near Plainsboro Road. She was stopped by an officer and found to be intoxicated, police said. She was arrested and charged with DWI, failure to keep right, failure to maintain a single lane and reckless driving.
   Brian Kelly, 24, of Kendall Park was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop late Saturday night on northbound Route 1. A 2006 Hyundai Tiburon was stopped for failure to maintain a single travel lane, police said. The driver, Mr. Kelly, was arrested after investigation revealed that he was intoxicated. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, using cellular phone while driving and maintenance of lamps.
   A resident of Wyndhurst Drive reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred between 4 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Saturday. A juvenile neighbor had thrown food onto the victim’s apartment door, police said. The juvenile cleaned the items from the doorway, and the victim declined to pursue juvenile charges.
   Matthew Smolinka, 24, of Fox Run Drive was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a call for service on Feb. 24. Subsequent investigations led to the discovery of two glass marijuana pipes, three ‘nickel’ bags, rolling papers, a ‘roach’ clip and a marijuana grinder in plain view on Mr. Smolinka’s bedroom dresser, police said. He was arrested, charged, and released pending a court date.
