Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Spacey and other stars will shine at ETS on April 4 to benefit arts education.
Stars will align in Princeton on April 4 during “Dazzle ‘09: A Night at Sea,” a benefit for Young Audiences New Jersey. Kevin Spacey, two-time Academy Award winner for his roles in “American Beauty” and “The Usual Suspects,” and artistic director of the Old Vic in London, will join U.S. Senator Frank R. Lautenberg and Mayor of Newark Cory A. Booker at a glamorous event to celebrate Young Audiences’ and the nearly 500,000 children it serves.
Styled on a grand cruise ship from the Golden Age of travel, “Dazzle ‘09: A Night at Sea” will take place at The Chauncey Conference Center in Lawrence from 7 to 11 p.m. Deborah Shepherd, Managing Director, Merrill Lynch Princeton Complex, and Linda Kinsey, Principal of Michael Graves Design Group, will co-chair the event, which will feature live entertainment throughout the evening in three distinct nightclubs.
Young Audiences New Jersey is the largest arts education organization in the state. With a roster of 322 professional artists, YANJ brings arts education programs to schools and communities across New Jersey, serving children and families both in school and in cultural venues such as the New Jersey State Museum and Paper Mill Playhouse.
