School officials to discuss budget

MARLBORO — During the months of March and April, Marlboro Superintendent of Schools David Abbott has scheduled a series of presentations about the proposed 2009-10 school year budget.

The community is invited to attend any of the question-and-answer sessions to learn more about Marlboro’s school budget, how it is constructed, what it includes, how it impacts property taxes, and more.

The presentations are sponsored by Project 3000 and district parent organizations.

Residents who are interested in receiving updates via e-mail about matters concerning the school budget and the April 21 election should send an e-mail to Project 3000 at [email protected] (include name and e-mail address).
