Elizabeth Hegeman, 27, of Robin Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive properly in marked lanes and failure to exhibit documents after she was pulled over for crossing over the center line and then drifting into the shoulder on Route 206 and Farm Road at 1:23 a.m. Feb. 21.
Ms. Hegeman was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.10 percent.
New Jersey law defines a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher as intoxicated.
Ms. Hegeman was processed and released to the custody of her husband after posting $165 bail for a warrant out of Bridgewater Municipal Court.
Christopher Judkins, 26, of Auten Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding after he was pulled over for driving 66 miles per hour on Auten Road at 11:38 p.m. Feb. 24.
Mr. Judkins was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.22 percent.
Mr. Judkins was held in a holding cell overnight, and released the following morning.
Kiley Jasiak, 20, of Hughey Lane, was charged with driving an unregistered ATV, uninsured ATV, operating an ATV on a roadway, not wearing a helmet while operating an ATV and obstruction of justice after a Carroll Drive resident reported seeing two men in ATVs driving on the roadway at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 16.
A 15-year-old Carroll Drive resident was also charged with unregistered ATV, uninsured ATV, operating an ATV on a roadway and not wearing a helmet while operating an ATV.
When police arrived at the scene, they reported seeing the ATVs on the front lawn of a home on Carroll Drive, in violation of a township ordinance that requires these vehicles to be more than 45 feet away from residences.
Police said Mr. Jasiak fled the scene when they arrived, but was later found in the bushes nearby. When questioned, he initially gave a false name.
Mr. Jasiak and the juvenile were processed and released.
Carolyn Holland, 54, of Dorchester Court, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to signal turn, failure to keep right on a divided highway and careless driving after she was pulled over while driving the wrong direction in the northbound side of Route 206 at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 14.
Ms. Holland was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.16 percent.
Ms. Holland was kept in a holding cell overnight, and released the following morning.
A representative with Toll Brothers reported that someone stole 320 pieces of lumber from a job site on Cope Court, sometime between Jan. 16 and Feb. 6.
The lumber was valued at a total of $1,625.54.
Juan Jiminez-Feria, 21, of Green Brook, was charged with driving while intoxicated and obstructed view after he was pulled over for having an article hanging from his rear view mirror at 1:40 a.m. Feb. 14.
Mr. Jiminez-Feria was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent.
Mr. Jiminez-Feria was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Aedo Cruz-Gonzalez, 22, of Capricorn Drive, was charged with hindering apprehension, driving on a suspended driver’s license, suspended registration, uninsured vehicle and unlicensed driver after a computer check of his registration while he was driving on Auten Road at 10:33 a.m. Feb. 20.
When he was stopped, Mr. Cruz-Gonzalez provided a false name, but later admitted his real name.
Mr. Cruz-Gonzalez was processed and released on his own recognizance.
