“Guys and Dolls” is centered around gamblers Nathan Detroit and Sky Masterson and the romantic escapades they encounter while wooing nightclub singer Miss Adelaide and missionary Sarah Brown. Nathan bets that Sky cannot convince the straight-laced Sarah into having dinner with him in Cuba. When Sarah turns Sky down he offers to fill her mission hall with gamblers if she agrees to the date. With a desire to save her mission Sarah agrees.
Meanwhile Nathan is trying to organize an illegal craps game to take place in the mission while Sarah is distracted in Cuba. At the same time Nathan is coming close to losing Adelaide, who is tired of his refusal to walk down the aisle even though the couple has been engaged for 14 years.
Both women, frustrated with their respective men, realize they cannot fight their love any longer. The laugh-filled show ends happily for both couples.
