Employers sought
for Teen Job Fair
Princeton Public Library and two community partners seek employers interested in meeting the local youth workforce to participate in a Teen Job Fair on April 22. The 2 p.m. event will be in the Community Room at the library, 65 Witherspoon St., Princeton.
Co-sponsored by the Princeton Alcohol and Drug Alliance and the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce, the event will bring together businesses and organizations offering employment opportunities, internships and volunteer positions with young people entering in grades 10 through 12.
Potential employers will be offered a table at the event at no charge, but are asked to register by contacting Helane Staller of the Princeton Alcohol and Drug Alliance, 609-683-8807 or [email protected].
Teens looking for employment opportunities are encouraged to take advantage of this event to meet employers, apply for positions and gain employment resources. The organizers suggest that teens attending the job fair dress in casual attire suitable for a job interview.
There is no admission charge to attend and registration is not required.
More than 300 teenagers from the area participated in first Teen Job Fair last April.
The library is in the Sands Library Building at 65 Witherspoon St. in Princeton Borough. Convenient parking is available on neighboring streets and in the borough-operated Spring Street Garage, which is adjacent to the library.
