Christopher Saracco, 48, of Horseshoe Drive, was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving after he was pulled over for driving over 60 mph in a 45-mph zone on Amwell Road at 11:13 p.m. March 11, police said.
Mr. Saracco was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.17 percent, police said. New Jersey law defines a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher as intoxicated.
Mr. Saracco was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Michael Skiba, 54, of Pennsylvania, was charged with soliciting without a permit after police responded to a call that he was selling packaged meats out of a refrigerator on Falcon Road at 1:55 p.m. March 19.
Mr. Skiba was processed and released with a court date of 3 p.m. April 7.
Joan Berezansky, 45, of Decamp Drive, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with no headlamps on after she was pulled over on Amwell Road at 9:38 p.m. March 13.
Ms. Berezansky was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.12 percent, police said.
Ms. Berezansky was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Christina Beni, 38, of Wesley Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to breath testing, failure to keep right, failure to exhibit registration and insurance and failure to use due caution after she was pulled over for speeding and slowing on Beekman Lane, driving with her interior light and crossing over the double yellow line twice on New Amwell Road at 9:58 p.m. March 10, police said.
Ms. Beni was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests.
Ms. Beni was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
