Coupons are now available for Hillsborough residents to use for disposing of household items in the township’s annual clean-up.
The purpose of clean-up day is to allow residents the opportunity to dispose of such items as old furniture, toys, rugs, appliances, bicycles, yard clean-up, hot water tanks and old furnaces.
The coupons will be available until April 28 at the Department of Public Works, 21 East Mountain Road, with 150 coupons available per date, given out on a first come first serve basis.
The Auten Road drop-off site, located adjacent to the railroad tracks on Auten Road, is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on dump days regardless of the weather. The site is open on the first and last Saturday of each month, April through October.
