May 2 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and May 3 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the 4-H Fairgrounds in Ringoes
RINGOES — The fourth annual New Jersey HorseXpo is galloping forward to May 2 and 3 at the 4-H Fairgrounds.
This is an opportunity for businesses to reach out to equine enthusiasts throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland. The event expects more than 2,000 visitors and 100 plus vendors.
”If you’ve not taken advantage of this opportunity to increase your client base or share your product line with the $1.1 billion industry’s audience, here’s your chance: take a booth at the New Jersey HorseXpo,” said a spokesman. “The New Jersey HorseXpo is the premier place to showcase your business. Being a vendor at the 2009 HorseXpo will be an opportunity for your business you won’t want to miss!”
Indoor booths (10-by-10) for Chamber members are $300, $425 for nonmembers. Outdoor booths (20-by-20) are $200 for Chamber members and $300 for nonmembers. There is also special pricing for nonprofit organizations.
The two-day event combines a trade show with educational seminars, equine demonstrations and other exhibitions for the equestrian, the professional or the person who simply admires horses. The expo includes pony rides and other “horsey” activities.
There are sponsorships available for almost every marketing budget.
The 2009 New Jersey HorseXpo is being coordinated by the Chamber’s H.HORSE Committee, comprising statewide equine organizations, equine businesses and equine-related businesses.
The HorseXpo is open May 2 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and May 3 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the 4-H Fairgrounds in Ringoes. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the two-day event.
