Art Miller of Bordentown City
To the editor:
When I first moved to Bordentown, I was chatting with a neighbor regarding the run down of an adjacent property. Imagine my surprise when two hours later, on a Saturday afternoon, John Wehrman knocked on my door, identified himself as a city commissioner, and asked what he could do to help. I felt fortunate that I had relocated to a city that had a commissioner that did not see his position as a 9- to-5 job. As time has passed, I have seen other issues brought to his attention that he efficiently and effectively addressed. “Making Bordentown Better” is not just a slogan to John, it’s a commitment. I ask the voters to remember this on May 12.
