BORDENTOWN CITY: Police blotter for week of April 6

Warinder Deol, 59, of Chesterfield, was charged April 1 with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, and talking on a cell phone while driving. Police said they stopped him on Crosswicks Road at 11:32 p.m. after he turned off Route 130/206 with his lights off and while talking on a cell phone. He was released to a family member.
An East Church Street resident returned home from a five-day business trip March 18 to discover a GPS unit missing from his vehicle, according to police. The man told police he may have left his window open, but could not remember for certain. Nothing else was taken from the vehicle, and it was undamaged, police reported.
