Stanley Millard, 39, of Orange, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change after he was pulled over for straddling the white line and abruptly changing lanes on Route 206 at 1:29 a.m. March 15.
Mr. Millard was taken into custody after he failed field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.11 percent.
New Jersey law defines a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher as intoxicated.
Mr. Millard was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Michael Modelewski, 19, of South Triangle Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on unsafe tires and underage possession of alcohol after he was pulled over for having a flat tire and a missing bumper while driving on Auten Road at 1:16 a.m. April 4.
Police said they also found an open case of beer on the rear driver’s side floor of the car.
Mr. Modelewski was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.13 percent.
Mr. Modelewski was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
Leslie Lang, 53, of Belle Mead, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and driving while intoxicated while having a minor in the vehicle after police received a call that she was driving erratically on Millstone River Road at 10:05 p.m. April 1.
Ms. Lang was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.17 percent.
Ms. Lang was processed and released to the custody of her ex-husband. Her court date is scheduled for 3 p.m. April 14 at the municipal building.
Kayla Yeates, 19, of Gemini Drive, was charged with fourth-degree possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, third-degree possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle after police found her parked in the parking lot of Quick Chek, on Route 206, at 10:14 p.m. March 14.
Ms. Yeates was taken into custody after police found marijuana on the floor and seat. In addition, in the glove compartment, police said they found two bags with raw marijuana, and 13 “dime bags” with marijuana.
Ms. Yeates was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Maria Escamilla, 27, of Capricorn Drive, was charged with shoplifting after a security guard reported seeing her walk out of Kohl’s, on Route 206, with items she had stowed under a blanket in her cart.
Ms. Escamilla was taken into custody after it was found that she had stolen such items as perfume, shorts, pants, towels, shoes and sunglasses, all at a total of $877.95.
Ms. Escamilla was processed and released after posting a $300 full cash bail.
Matthew Cichon, 20, of New Center Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and underage driving while intoxicated after he was pulled over for swerving across the road on Amwell Road at 11:40 p.m. March 17.
Mr. Cichon was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.06 percent.
Mr. Cichon was processed and released to the custody of a relative.
