Tuscan Hills Celebrates Grand Re-Opening
on Saturday April 18th!
Kingston, NJ, April 14, 2009 – Tuscan Hills, LLC formerly of Princeton, NJ recently relocated to the restored Unionline building in Kingston, NJ and will celebrate its grand re-opening on Saturday April 18th. After more than five years in Princeton, Tuscan Hills closed its doors on Nassau Street on March 30th and moved to the new location on April 1st. The Grand Re-Opening is scheduled for 2:00pm and will be attended by Mayor Frank Gambatese, Dan Frankel, Chairman of the South Brunswick Industry & Commerce Commission (ICC) and Tom Libassi also of the ICC.
Tuscan Hills imports original home furnishings, accessories, and gifts from Italy, specializing in small family owned and operated artisan companies primarily in Tuscany and Umbria. Tuscan Hills continues to grow and expand their product lines. Today the company carries more than 25 product lines and represents all of their furniture lines exclusively in the United States.
“Clients have come to recognize the Tuscan Hills store as a ‘destination’ shop that inspires one to redecorate, add a new furniture piece, or purchase a hostess, wedding, or other special occasion gift,” says sales associate Ava Herbert. “We’re now receiving container shipments from Italy about every six weeks and our Spring shipment just arrived in time for our new opening” says Ms. Herbert
In addition to the retail store in Kingston, Tuscan Hills distributes furniture to interior designers and architects across the country and has distribution points in several retail stores in Connecticut, Texas, and California. “Our sales have continued to grow and presented us with the fortunate opportunity to relocate to a much larger showroom,” says Tuscan Hills’ owner Greg Evans. “We also have relocated our warehouse from Hopewell to the Kingston site,” says Evans, “which allows our clients to see everything we have in store and in stock.”
Another growing area of the business is in providing furniture and Tuscan accessories to restaurants. Locally, Tuscan Hills has worked with Main Street, Tre Piani, Eno Terra, and Luca’s in Flemington and Somerset. Out of state restaurant clients include Tully’s Good Times in Syracuse, D’Acqua in Washington, D.C., Grazie Ristorante, Ontario, il Bistro, Seattle, and It’s Italia, Half Moon Bay, CA.
Tuscan Hills is open Tuesday through Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10-5, and Sunday 12-4
