SENIOR MENUS

April 16-23

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.95. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   April 16 — Mushroom soup, chicken a la Bernard, browned red potatoes, asparagus, cinnamon applesauce, rye bread, black and white cookie. Plant seeds of kindness.
   April 17 — Apple juice, meatloaf with gravy, scalloped potatoes, sliced carrots, tropical fruit salad, pumpernickel bread, chocolate ice cream. Bingo.
   April 18 — Grape juice, chicken salad, hoagie roll, cucumber salad, fresh fruit, sandwich cookies, milk.
   April 19 — Apple juice, roast beef, rye bread, potato salad, fresh fruit, coconut pound cake, milk.
   April 20 — Grape juice, meatballs with tomato sauce, eggplant Rollatini, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread, frozen peach yogurt. Exercise.
   April 21 — Chicken noodle soup, turkey with gravy, sweet potatoes, sugar beans with peppers, cranberry molded salad, rye bread, strawberry shortcake. Cards.
   April 22 — Blended juice, Hungarian goulash, pasta spirals, sliced beets, three-bean salad, pumpernickel bread, fresh berries. Bingo and Share a Joke Day.
   April 23 — Vegetable soup, garlic chicken, rice with mushrooms, zucchini, citrus sections, dinner roll, apple pocket. Wear Pink Day.
