Somerset County Public Information Office
Somerset County will host members of Sen. Frank R. Lautenberg’s constituent services staff Tuesday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the lobby of the county administration building at 20 Grove St. in Somerville.
Members of Sen. Lautenberg’s staff will be on hand to help local residents with a wide variety of federal issues and concerns. The Senator’s staff will be traveling across the state to help constituents with their concerns over the next several weeks and months.
“Somerset County is pleased to assist in providing information to our residents,” said Freeholder Director Rick Fontana. “We strive to keep our residents informed on many levels and welcome the opportunity to host members of Sen. Lautenberg’s staff.”
The Somerset County mobile office will be staffed by experienced constituent services representatives from Sen. Lautenberg’s office who can assist residents with questions or concerns with federal issues and agencies such as Social Security, the Internal Revenue Service, Immigration, Veterans Affairs and Medicare.
Also, informational brochures will be available on a wide variety of topics, including identity theft, consumer information, purchasing life insurance, Social Security, fighting fraud and food safety.
