Nimish Shah, 43, of Copland Court, was charged April 5 with driving while intoxicated.
Police said Mr. Shah weaved in his lane at 11:15 p.m. on the southbound side of Route 130, between Route 571 and Hickory Corner Road.
He also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, unsafe lane change and failure to keep right.
Carol Amiet, 54, of Bensalem, Pa., was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated.
Police said officers saw Ms. Amiet weaving at 10:30 p.m. in the westbound side of Route 571 near Lanning Boulevard, then make a left turn onto One Mile Road from the far right lane.
She also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, improper lane change, failure to use directional signal, improper turn and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Justin Giaquinto, 37, of Garrison Place, and Christopher Giaquinto, 39 of Garrison Place, were charged Monday with shoplifting.
Police said the two were seen leaving the ShopRite grocery store without paying for $18.20 worth of items.
Justin Giaquinto also was found to have warrants in the amount of $350 from East Windsor and $500 from Hightstown.
Zackery Franciosi, 20, of Jackson, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
Police said officers stopped Mr. Franciosi at 4:20 p.m. on Etra Road for driving with an expired inspection sticker. Police said they saw loose marijuana on the passenger-side floor and a search revealed a sunglasses case filled with marijuana in the center console.
He also was charged with possession of narcotic paraphernalia, failure to make repairs to vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
The owner of a 1995 Ford Econoline reported that someone broke into the vehicle through the driver’s side door and stole a credit card between 9 p.m. and 9:50 p.m. April 7. The van was parked in the lot outside the Target store, and the perpetrator attempted to use the card to make a fraudulent purchase inside the store, police said. The card was declined, and the door lock damage was estimated at $100.
The resident of an apartment in the L building of the Windsor Castle Apartments reported that someone broke into the home through an unlocked window and stole a laptop computer between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. April 8. The computer was valued at $800.
The owner of a 1998 GMC Jimmy reported that someone broke into the vehicle through the driver’s-side door between 7:20 p.m. and 9 p.m. April 7 in the Golds Gym parking lot. A debit card was stolen, and used to make $400 in fraudulent purchases at Staples, police said. The victim reported that a iPod valued at $230 and $20 in cash were taken as well. The door lock damage was estimated at $100.
The owner of a 2001 Cadillac Seville reported that someone broke into the vehicle through the driver’s-side door between 7:50 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. April 7 in the Golds Gym parking lot. A credit card was stolen and was used to attempt a purchase at the Target store on Route 571, however it was declined, police said.
The owner reported that $10 in cash also was taken, and the door lock damage was estimated at $500.
A 16-year-old female was charged April 10 with shoplifting.
Police said the teen was seen at 1:45 p.m. attempting to leave the Burlington Coat Factory store without paying for two pairs of pants and one pair of shoes. The total value of the items was $38.97.
Luciana Raymond, 32, of Brookwood Gardens, was charged Saturday with shoplifting and trespassing.
Police said Ms. Raymond was seen trying to leave the ShopRite supermarket at 7:10 p.m. without paying for $74.24 in groceries. She had previously been caught shoplifting at the store and advised not to return, police said.
Prentice Goodson, 33, of Bordentown, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated.
Police said officers saw Mr. Goodson speed and weave at 1:40 a.m. on Dutch Neck Road.
He also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving, speeding and failure to maintain lane.
The coin mechanism and storage box were forcibly removed from a washing machine in the Princeton Arms West Apartments laundry room between 4 p.m. Monday and 9:45 a.m. Tuesday.
The washing machine damage was estimated at $200 and the amount of coins taken was unknown.
